LEMON EUCALYPTUS
Lemon eucalyptus, also known as eucalyptus citriodora, is the sister of the popular eucalyptus but coupled with lemon undertones. It is a wonderful essential oil that shares many of the same attributes of eucalyptus. Energizing, invigorating, and therapeutic, a must have essential oil.
Lemon eucalyptus essential oil is an essential addition for cosmetic applications, personal care formulations, soaps, perfumery, insect repellents, and aromatherapy.
EUCALYPTUS
Eucalyptus has been a traditional remedy of the Australian and Tasmanian natives, most notably for wound healing, reducing fever, and combating infection. The aborigines used the burning leaves to ward off insects, acting as a primitive fumigation. In Western society the oil is used for vapor rubs and steam inhalation that benefits the respiratory system. A must have for your essential oil collection.
Eucalyptus essential oil assists with asthma, colds, flu, chest, throat infection, catarrh, viral infections, herpes, cystitis, arthritis, bursitis, abscesses, boils, cuts, wounds, burns, blisters, ulcers, headache, migraine, neuralgia, muscle stiffness, bruises, sprains, stings, insect bites, fever, air purifier, immune stimulant, and swollen glands. When drops are added in a steam bath the oil helps to relieve congestion and clear the sinuses.

LAVANDIN
Lavandin is a cousin to lavender which shares many of the same characteristics but unique in it's own right. Known to be more of an energetic oil with a lavender type scent coupled with a higher camphor content, lavandin is an excellent alternative to lavender.
CYPRESS
Cypress was highly esteemed by early civilizations. The Greeks, Romans, and Egyptians dedicated the tree to the gods of the underworld. Even today the Egyptians use cypress for coffins, while the French and Americans plant the tree in graveyards. Smoke from the burning gum of cypress was inhaled in southern Europe to relieve congestion while the Chinese masticated the small cones to reduce gum inflammation. It is commonly found in men’s aftershaves and colognes.
Cypress essential oil helps with varicose veins, poor circulation, hemorroides, asthma, spasmodic coughs, bronchitis, bruises, puffy eyes, cellulite, broken capillaries, nose bleeds, sinusitis, excessive perspiration, hot flashes, menopause, painful menstruation, insect repellant, poor circulation, sore throat, arthritis, and muscle cramps. It is an antiseptic and deodorant,. Cypress is good for use on oily skin and to reduce excessive perspiration. It is also considered an astringent which helps to tighten pores, keeping the skin young and attractive.
Cypress essential oil is known to be antirheumatic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, astringent, deodorant, diuretic, febrifuge, insecticide, restorative, sedative, tonic, vaso-constrictive, anti-infectious, and a decongestant.
CLOVE LEAF
Cloves have been regarded as the most venerable of spices since antiquity. In China 266 BC, guests of the Emperor would be required to hold cloves in their mouth when speaking as to bestow a pleasant odor.
Clove essential oil is utilized extensively in dental care, added in various toothpastes, mouthwashes, and oral medication. Not only does it contain analgesic properties (pain relieving), it also is strongly antimicrobial and antibacterial, a perfect combination for combating toothaches and other teeth related ailments. Apply a drop of clove oil to your toothbrush and feel the tingle as it cleans your teeth. When a drop is added to a pained tooth, it will immediately dull the pain.
