Cognac (Green) Essential Oil

Cognac Essential Oil, also known as Wine Lees oil, is a concentrated essential oil extracted from the lees of wine grapes (Vitis vinifera). Lees are the solid remains of grape skins, seeds, and stems that are left behind after the wine has been fermented.
Cognac Essential Oil has a complex and unique aroma that is fruity, floral, and earthy. It is also said to have a slight nutty flavor.
Cognac White essential oil is distilled from the white grape pomace, which is the solid remains of grapes after they have been pressed to make wine. It has a delicate, floral aroma with hints of citrus and green apple.
Cognac Green essential oil is distilled from the green grape pomace, which is the unripe grape pomace that is still green in color. It has a more intense, herbaceous aroma with notes of green apple and tartness.
Both Cognac White and Cognac Green Essential Oils are used in a variety of products:
